The main idea is that marriage is a great way for you to get companions. Normally, there is a companion limit based on the clan tier. However, you can get many new companions that don’t count as companions through marriage and children. So, if your goal is to have a large, powerful clan, here are the rules:
Marrying Companions in Bannerlord; The Reason you cannot marry a Companion ( as a man trying to marry a woman ) is because they don't have a father to give them away. Nothing ties them to this realm as a "real" npc and thus you cannot get married.Press the CLAN button (L) , then along the top of the screen are a few other buttons, hit parties.
