Thats normal and a false positive. It's very common for people to worry about this with this software. Just disable it or allow CE to be installed as an exception. It isnt supposed to be one (trusted) but windows started detecting as a trojan so we wouldnt use it as much as previous versions.

I have done a lot of crazy stuff with cheat engine, but the slow hack in first person shooters and one-hit-kills beats it all.
